Introduction to Marketplace Integrations
Standardize your fulfillment process by connecting your e-commerce platforms directly to Locad. This integration automatically syncs your orders, inventory, and product data between your stores and the Locad network. By creating this link, you can manage fulfillment for all your channels from one place, saving time and reducing manual errors.
Walkthrough: Connecting a New Marketplace
- Go to Marketplace Integrations
From the main dashboard, click on Integrations in the left-hand menu, then select Marketplace Integrations. - View Available Integrations
Click on the Available Integrations tab. Here you will see all the e-commerce platforms you can connect with, grouped by country (e.g., Singapore, Thailand). - Select and Authorize Your Marketplace
Scroll to the correct country and find your marketplace (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee). Click the green Authorize button. - Grant Permission
You will be redirected to that marketplace’s official login page. Log in with your store credentials to grant Locad permission to connect to your account.

Once I authorize a connection, where can I see my connected store?
Ans - After successful authorization, your store will appear under the Configured Integrations tab. This page shows all your currently and previously connected marketplaces.What does the "Connected" status with "Read & Write" access mean?
Ans - This means Locad has an active and healthy connection to your store. "Read & Write" access allows Locad to perform essential functions like reading new orders from your store and writing updated stock levels back to it.Why can't I find my marketplace in the list?
Ans - Marketplace availability is specific to each country. Ensure you are looking under the correct country heading in the "Available Integrations" tab. If the platform is still not visible, an integration for it may not be available in that region yet.
