Introduction to Warehouse Integrations 

Warehouse Integrations allow you to select and integrate specific fulfillment centers from Locad's global network. By choosing warehouses in strategic locations, you can store your products closer to your customers. This helps reduce shipping costs and delivery times, enabling you to scale your business across different cities and countries efficiently.


Walkthrough: Adding a New Warehouse

  1. Go to Warehouse Integrations
    From the main dashboard, find the Integrations section in the left-hand menu and click on Warehouse Integrations.
  2. View Available Warehouses
    Click on the Available Integrations tab. This page lists all the Locad fulfillment centers that are available for you to use, organized by country.
  3. Find and Select a Warehouse
    Scroll through the list to find warehouses in your desired region (e.g., Philippines, Singapore, Australia). You can also use the All Countries filter in the top-right corner to narrow down the list to a specific country.

  4. Authorize and Configure the Warehouse

    • Once you have chosen a warehouse, click the Authorize button below its name.

    • Click the dropdown menu for Display Name on Locad and select the appropriate brand from the list that you want to configure this warehouse.

  • Click the final Authorize button to complete the setup. The warehouse is now active for your selected brand.

  1. What does "authorizing" a warehouse do? 
    Ans - Authorizing a warehouse activates that specific location for your account. Once authorized, you can start creating inbounds to send your stock to that fulfillment center, and it will be used to fulfill orders for customers in that region.

  2. Where can I see the warehouses I am already using?
    Ans - All your currently active warehouses are displayed under the Configured Integrations tab. This gives you a clear overview of which fulfillment centers are enabled to store your inventory and ship your orders.

  3. Can I use warehouses in multiple countries at the same time?
    Ans - Yes. Locad is designed to support multi-country distribution. You can authorize and send stock to warehouses in any of the available countries to build an international fulfillment network.
