- Inventory
- Inbound
- Outbound
- Outbound B2B
- Outbound B2C
- Return
- Return B2B
- Return B2C
- Correction
1. Inventory - This stock movement type occurs due to updates in inventory conditions such as stock counts, attribute modifications, damage reason changes, inventory movements, adjustments, or replenishments.
2. Inbound - This stock movement type results from inbound receiving or the cancellation of receipts during the inbound process.
3. Outbound - This stock movement type applies exclusively to brand families—where multiple OMS accounts share a single warehouse account. It captures activities such as stock allocation, cancelled allocations, picking, packing, loading, unloading, and shipment for both Outbound B2C and B2B orders.
In brand family setups, if an Outbound B2C/B2B order belongs to Brand B, the corresponding stock change in Brand A will appear simply as Outbound (instead of Outbound B2C/B2B), since the system cannot link the transaction to an order within Brand A.
4. Outbound B2B - This stock movement type occurs during various stages of Outbound B2B processing, including stock allocation, cancelled allocations, picking, packing, loading, unloading, and shipment.
5. Outbound B2C - This stock movement type occurs during various stages of Outbound B2C processing, including stock allocation, cancelled allocations, picking, packing, loading, unloading, and shipment.
6. Returns - Similar to the Outbound transaction type, this stock movement applies exclusively to brand families—where multiple OMS accounts share a single warehouse account. It captures stock changes resulting from B2C or B2B returns.
In brand family setups, if a return order (B2C or B2B) belongs to Brand B, the corresponding stock movement in Brand A will appear as a generic "Return" transaction. This is because the system cannot associate the movement with a specific return order in Brand A.
7. Return B2B - This stock movement type occurs during B2B receiving or when a B2B receiving is cancelled.
8. Return B2C - This stock movement type occurs when B2C orders are returned.
9. Correction - In some cases, certain stock movements may be missed. To prevent discrepancies, we resync the necessary data with the WMS. Any transactions added during this process will appear in the report as "Correction".
The "Date Timestamp" column in the report indicates the exact time the transaction occurred, based on the brand's local timezone.
