Here is a list of common terms and definitions from the Locad dashboard.

| Inventory Product | Inventory SKU | The SKU of the physical product in the Locad warehouse. |
| Inventory Product | Warehouse Stock | The total stock of the SKU in the Locad warehouse |
| Inventory Product | Buffer Stock | The physical stock at the warehouse that is not part of the Sellable or Reserved stock. It is kept aside as a buffer in case of exchanges, promotions, or any other purpose you would require. You can set the following per SKU:
Note: If you set both a percentage of stock and the number of units, our platform will use whichever has a HIGHER. Example 1: Warehouse Stock of SKU A is 100 quantities. It has the following settings:
10 quantities will be applied as buffer as 10% of 100 quantities is 10, which is higher than the minimum buffer. Example 2: Warehouse Stock of SKU A is 20 quantities. It has the following settings:
5 quantities will be applied as buffer as 10% of 20 quantities is 2, which is lower than the minimum buffer. |
| Inventory Product | Reserve Stock | The stock that is reserved for orders in an ONHOLD, PREORDER, NEW, PARTIAL and UNPAID status on the Locad dashboard. |

| Inventory Product | Total Locked Stock | The sum of locked stock from all catalogue SKUs mapped to the inventory product. See "Marketplace Locked Stock" for definition of locked stock. |
| Catalogue Product | Catalogue SKU | The SKU of the active product listing from your integrated online store. |
| Catalogue Product | Marketplace Stock | The stock that is showing on the product listing of the specific online store. |
| Catalogue Product | Sellable Stock | The stock that is available to sync to the product listing of the specific online store. Normally, Marketplace Stock will be the same as Sellable Stock unless there is stock synchronization delay or the marketplace blocks the stock update due to locked stock. This is calculated based on: Sellable Stock = Available Stock + Locked Stock of this Product Listing |
| Catalogue Product | Marketplace Locked Stock | The stock that your online store reserves for a promotional activity such as a flash sale or campaign (on marketplaces such as Shopee and Lazada). This does not reserve any stock at the Locad warehouse so you should ensure you have sufficient stock on hand for campaigns and sales. |
