Generally, brands are expected to hand over the parcel to any of the courier on the selected pickup date and time when the shipment was booked. Failure to do so will result in auto cancellation of shipment within 14 days from the selected pick up date. This would usually be applicable in circumstance where in courier attempted to pick up the shipment for several days but parcel is not packed or ready.


If the unsuccessful pickup is due to the fault of the logistics partner (e.g. courier did not show up), no action will be required from you. Our partner's courier will reattempt the pickup again on the next day. However, you can always contact us thru the help widget found on the Locad dashboard so we can assist you further.
