Once your parcel is picked up by the courier, you will be able to see the status of your order in the ‘Track Shipment’ module.
In one glance, you’ll see the general information about each shipment as well as the status either created, picked up, in transit and completed. There’s also an easy access to the courier tracking link beside the carrier name (green with arrow box icon) that will redirect you to the carrier website.
To see detailed information on each shipment, you can always click on the order number and to view the order details and history of the status of the shipment.
Shipment Overview
Shipment Overview provides you high level information and summary of all the shipments created in the dashboard. You will see the number of orders per status as well as the aging pick up and shipments.
Users will also be able to view the volume share by destination, pick up location and carrier.
