There are two ways for users to create shipments: Add Single Shipment + Upload Multiple Shipments. Depending on the quantity of shipments, you may choose either of the two.

Add Single Shipment

If you wish to only create one shipment, you may click on the “Book Shipments” option on the side bar menu and select the “Add Single Shipment” button on the upper right corner of the dashboard.

You will then be redirected to the Add Shipment Page where you can enter the Address Information, Shipment Details, and Order Items.

For the address information, you will be asked to enter your preferred pickup and delivery location including the recipient’s name, contact number and complete delivery address. You also have an option to use a saved delivery address and save a different address for future deliveries. Once all information is entered, click on Next Step to proceed.

For the shipment details, you will be asked to select if the parcel is a COD delivery. If yes, you have to enter the COD amount to be collected as well as the currency.

Below are other information needed:

  • Declared Price (required) - cost of goods that will be used for insurance and claims.

  • Payment Method

  • Shipment Type (required) - either standard or express. Standard shipments are carriers like NJV, J&T, etc while express is delivery thru lalamove.

  • Reference Number

  • Seller Name

  • Height/Length/Width/Weight (required)  - the parcel dimensions and weight would help us calculate a recommended carrier for the shipment. It is important to provide the dimensions, especially for large items as not all carriers will be able to handle the parcel.

Once all information is entered, click on “Submit Shipment” to add the shipment.

Upload Multiple Shipment

If you wish to book bulk shipments, you may choose the “Upload Multiple Shipments” on the upper right corner of the dashboard.

A pop-up screen will appear where you can upload the file containing the collated shipment details of all shipments that you wanted to book.
